Mn in the drinking water stimulates the development of bacteria, changes color and other organoleptic attributes of water. Just as Fe, we also find Mn in underground waters in its soluble form, and when it touches oxide it passes into its dissoluble hydroxide form.
Most optimal procedure, with high Mn removing efficiency from the water, is water filtration under the pressure in the filters – DEMANGANESERS, which filter filling is natural “greensand” i.e. ground manganese ore MnO2).Oxidation is here done autocatalytic, and it is enhanced also with sedimentation of MnO2 on the surface of filter layer.
Demanganeser does not use any extra chemical resources to work, and filter filling itself has unlimited service life. If the microbiological contamination occurs, filter filling can be disinfected easily. Sedimentary Mn on the surface of filter compound is removed from demanganeser with a simple backflow washing, which results in low exploitative spending and high efficiency.
Reference: Contingent upon the buyer’s need you can manage the demanganesers manually (by valves) or automatically.
