Demand for decarbonised (partly softened) water is mostly in the production of aerated and non-aerated drinks industry. Most frequent problems that occur in this industry in the production of drinks are: hard aerating, decrease in sweetness, sourness and appearance of turbidness. Upon the process of decarbonisation bicarbonates are being split (carbonate rigidity) as the mineral acid salts (non-carbonate rigidity) stay still. During this reaction carbonic acid is being released. Carbonic acid may hereafter be used for aerating or to be vacuumed.
Decarbonisation is done in filters with mild acid filter filling called DECARBONISATORS.
Filter filling is being satiated by the process of filtration, so it is brought back into work by regeneration-conditioning. Decarbonisators are mostly applied in preparation of cooling water, in beer industry, non-alcoholic drinks, etc.
Reference: Contingent upon the buyer’s need you can manage decarbonisators manually (by valves) or automatically.
